LED outdoor lamp manufacturers present the core concept of environmental protection and energy conservation

Because OLED requires R, G and B materials to be stimulated by current to actively emit light, and the aging degree of the three materials is different. After a period of time, the brightness of the materials with fast decay will also decline rapidly, and the screen will produce color deviation.
The reason is that the problem of the life and stability of B material (even R material) cannot be solved technically. Therefore, it is "ingenious" to use the easily obtained G material (because it is the most reliable and durable) and R and B materials in a 2:1 mixture. G pixel as the main pixel, driven by a greater current, produces a higher brightness; By reducing the number of R and B pixels, the life and stability of R and B materials can be avoided indirectly.
In addition, the wavelengths of R, G and B materials of OLED are different. Put them together in the panel. If the same light emitting layer, G and B light emitting layer with short wavelength, is used to accommodate the R material with the longest wavelength, the thickness of G and B light emitting layer will be too large, resulting in countless unnecessary "impurities" in the light wave, seriously affecting the light purity, and the color accuracy is difficult to improve.
Especially for material B with the shortest wavelength, due to the long emission layer, it contains the most "impurity components", resulting in the worst purity, which seriously affects the light efficiency.
At this time, if material B wants to achieve the same brightness as material G and R, it must be driven by a larger current, and then it will lead to a rapid increase in heat and power consumption, and fall into a vicious circle. This is also one of the important reasons that affect the life and stability of material B (in addition, material B itself is difficult to extract).
Now, the practice of major manufacturers is to increase the saturation of G, the most sensitive part of the human eye, and make the screen incline to "gorgeous", which can cover up the problem of R and B purity. Although it is bright and gorgeous, it is very pleasing to the eye, but it brings about color deviation, low color gamut, drag shadow and other problems (in the past, we always tease Samsung's "green screen", which is not that Samsung does not understand color comparison, but a compromise solution to prolong the service life).
Now, with the progress of materials, this problem has been solved. The "OLED surface plasmon coupling gain technology" developed by the Taiwan Institute of Industry and Technology can convert the G spectrum into the B spectrum, breaking the bottleneck of short life of organic B materials.
